I’m Tayira González Rodríguez
I am 21 years old I study at the ESCA Santo Tomas of the IPN and I work at Pandemia 3d Design.
I study at LRC it is relationed with marketing, Public Relations and other important subjects, LRC is divided in eight semesters, each one increases the Degree of complexity.
Pandemia 3d Design is a graphic designer company my job is to attend by telephone serveral orders and schedule the itinerary of every delivery to each oe of our customers.
Their founders are Veronica Rodríguez Valenzuela and Guillermo Figueroa Baltazar they found it 7 years ago in Mexico D.F., they are reaching all the graphic design market and they work with several big companies like Arcor, Nestle and Pepsico.



Our sales of 2008 began in January with twenty thousand pesos then remain steady at February, and then increased on March and then reach on April to two hundred fourty thousand pesos.

The week before holy week I've learned the if clauses and when we may use them, and I practice a lot verbs

This week I' ve made several exams that helped me to improve my knowledge and mesure my skills also I reinforced the adjectives and the advervs and the if clauses.

We decided that the option of giving the workers a pay increase what the most suitable idea, because if we chose appointing a new production manager we should fire someone that doesn't have to do with the problem, our problem was the demotivation of our workers so we had to find a solution that motivate them and a pay incrase was the best solution because anybody motivates workers by giving them money.

Tayira - Ok. Let's start. We have to decide what to do about our problem with productivity. What do you think?

Marisela - Why don't we appoint a new Production Manager?

Karla - I'm not sure about that, we should give a pay increase to all the workers (this would cost 500,000 euros)

Tayira - Does anyone have any other opinion?

Olivia - I'm agree about the pay increase because it would motivate all the workers and that would increase productivity.

Diego - I think that appointing a new Production Manager will be better. Because that would reduce costs.

Karla - Yes but our problem is not the Production Manager, the workers need to be motivated!

Tayira - So can we agree to give them a pay increase? Agree? Disagree? Ok we've found the solution, it's time to finish.
